What's included in my pass?
All sessions, the exhibition floor, your matched 1:1 meetings, all meals, and the gala dinner. Stay passes add two nights at Kremlin Palace.
How do matched meetings work?
You fill in your profile on the WORLDEF Connect app — what you sell, what you're looking for. The AI matching starts 30 days before the event, and you approve or decline every slot.
Do I need a visa for Türkiye?
It depends on your passport. Many countries have visa-free or e-visa access. If you need support, contact us and we'll provide an official invitation letter for your application.
Can I bring a colleague?
The double stay works out to $395 per person — the cheapest way to attend together. You can also add extra Summit Passes at checkout.
Where do I stay?
Stay passes include two nights at Kremlin Palace, where the event happens. If you'd rather stay elsewhere, the Summit Pass covers everything except the room.
I want a booth or sponsorship — what are the options?
